Perfect fit and came included with the required mounting bolts, screws, nuts etc.

It took twice as long to drill out the old rivets holding in the old regulator/motor assembly, than to install this new TRQ unit! Nice and smooth operation. Mounting holes lined up exactly as expected, and the included nuts & bolts were a plus. The lubrication was just blobbed on in one spot on the regulator guide rail, so plan on spreading that grease around, and then adding more. Look out for confusing (and unnecessary) installation instructions, directing you to install a M6x12mm screw into a hole in the motor that was already plugged with silicone.
took me 2 hours from start to finish, i did cheat and used my chiltons, plus time out for a cold beer. It was a warm day. I've pretty much rebuilt my lincoln with y"alls parts and would gladly recommend 1aauto for any handy person especially since a traditional store charges 3x what you do. will holler when next part is needed. The unit is well built and works great. The mounting holes for the motor do NOT line up with the factory unit in my 1996 Lincoln Town car. Do yourself a favor and before you fit the unit into the door, lay a piece of paper over the smooth side and draw yourself a template to drill new holes. Careful placement is critical so the window doesn't hit the motor on the way down. Once you figure out where it will fit without interfering with the lowered window, use the template to drill new holes. I wasn't able to use ANY of the original holes because the new unit is larger (thicker) than the original. Also, the mounting screw holes are way smaller than those shown in the video. 1/4 inch bolts are too large. I had trouble finding 1/8 bolts that were long enough but finally did. The new unit motor and regulator are held together with zip ties. if you remove them before you insert the unit into the door, it is difficult to remove them but if you take them off before the units try to come apa
