You tube video, a guy named brian did it and shows you where the wires go, he has a 96 f150, and i wired it the same way on my 92 f150, and it worked perfectly!

Nope no filler neck other than metal flange which normal filler hose connects to.
Not for an IDI diesel. Physically it should fit in the spot. However there is no pump in the tank for them. So fittings and holes would not be right. Not sure on powerstroke though.
This will not include a new gasket kit.
