Mounting straps needed a little persuasion but nothing a 60 y/o grandma couldnt handle! Had everything I needed. Works perfect.

No. But its decent quality. I painted mine w/a rust inhibitor before installing.
The one I ordered did come with the gasket and lock ring. The straps didnt fit. My cj5 has had numerous owners so be prepared for adjustments. Also test the float with the gauge before installation
